At the core of our sushi philosophy is the commitment to present the texture and taste of our sushi as purely as possible. This is one of the reasons we only prepare sushi once you've placed your order: the time between preparation and consumption should be as short as possible. All our sushi is handcrafted.
This guarantees freshness and quality, and it also helps us prepare only as much sushi as will be eaten.
